Certification of Design – Section 6 (Domestic) RIAS-regs Scheme:

Paper Igloo is now an Approved Body and Mhairi Grant is a qualified Certifier of Design and Certification Co-ordinator under the RIAS-regs scheme. We offer the service of Certification of Design relating to Section 6 of the building regulations for all domestic Building Warrant Applications.

We can also produce full SAP calculations and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC to EU Directive – 2002/91/EC) for domestic buildings.

Applications for a building warrant, supported by a valid Certificate of Design for Section 6, will be eligible for a 10% discount on the warrant application fee payable by our clients.
