Remodelling & extension

The proposal is to extend and internally refurbish key areas of this existing post-war house in Stirling to create a modern home with several key new spaces. The new extension contains a double garage with cloakroom and WC on the ground floor, and an expansive master suite above overlooking the large rear garden; additionally a new kitchen with a large opening onto the sun-filled side garden and the opening up internally of the existing dining room onto the tv snug complete the scheme. The works are to be phased to minimise disruption.
