The main period features of this tenement flat were in a dire state of repair after many years of neglect. These were sensitively repaired and restored to the highest standard; simultaneously contemporary services were added to bring this property into the 21st century.
Despite this project’s limited budget we believe that these renovations show that restoration does not preclude a contemporary lifestyle.
