vintage glamour

1920's speak-easy style

The double frontage property that was previously Whistler's Mother in Glasgow's West End was extensively renovated to create a stylish bar and restaurant that alludes to the Prohibition era. Complementing the interior design the project also features bespoke wallpaper, light fittings, fixed furniture and upholstery fabrics all designed by Paper Igloo. Both the luxurious dining room and the more casual speak-easy bar aimed to capture a contemporary take on vintage glamour whilst remaining comfortable and friendly.
