We use cloud-based software to maintain back-ups of some of our digital files. This information may be held outside the EEA.

We may not be able to perform our agreed services for you. For example, if that information is required by law e.g. when making applications on your behalf for Statutory Consents.

We do not use cookies and we do not collect personal information via our website.

We endeavour to ensure that the personal information we hold about you is accurate, complete and up to date, however we reply on you to notify us of any changes to your personal information (such as a change of postal address). Please note for Professional Indemnity Insurance reasons we are obliged to retain all Job Files (which will include your personal information) within our office for a minimum of 6 years. All projects that have necessitated a Section 6 Certificate are required to be retained for longer. Please contact us if you wish to know more about this.

You have the right to object to how we may use your information where it is not in accordance with the above Privacy Statement, or our written agreement with you that outlines the scope of our Services.
