In May we had the opportunity and privilege to visit the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025 along with our friends at Super Natural Studio. Over the coming weeks, we’ll take a trip back to our top five favourite pavilions. First: Switzerland.

For architects and building designers, the phrases ‘zero carbon’, ‘net zero’, ‘fabric first’ and ‘Passivhaus’ might be very familiar. But there’s work to be done to stop these from becoming nothing more than sound bites.
